The location is incredible so close to JR temma about 300 m distance, looks like in the photos, and shops and restaurants, and the rooms are tidy.

The location of the Villa Penthouse was perfect for our trip, as it was situated near the longest shopping street in Osaka and provided easy access to all the popular attractions. being right next to the train line made commuting around the city extremely convenient. the beds in the room were comfortable and the separated restroom and bathroom added an extra level of convenience for our group.

It was a bit challenging to reach the staff for basic amenities like fresh towels and replenishment of toiletries.

it was perfect place for visiting most osaka attractions. staff was helpful entire time of our stay.

I had an exceptional stay at Villa Penthouse Tenma. The apartment was new, comfortable, and nicely furnished. The kitchenette was well equipped and having a laundry machine in the room was a major plus. Despite being close to the JR line, the noise was minimal and didn't disturb me. The location was convenient, with easy access to the longest shopping street in Osaka and public transportation. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and excellent amenities.

One drawback was the difficult check-in process, which was conducted through an iPad with no staff present. However, the issue was eventually resolved by the remote staff.

The apartment was very close to Tenma Neighborhood and the train station, making it convenient for getting around. the apartment was exceptionally clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen. the washing machine was a bonus, and the bathroom had plenty of space for hanging clothes and storing luggage. the proximity to the train station and the Tenjinbashi shopping area was fantastic. We also appreciated the blackout curtains, which worked very well. Cons: N/A.

The apartment provided amazing value for money.
